Happy 2nd Anniversary 07/07/09

My husband and I went out to my favorite Bangkok Garden thai restaurant last night to celebrate our 2nd anniversary. Wow! I've been happily married for 2 years now and and am still counting for more years to come. I am a firm believer in blessings and I have had so many blessings in my life -- my husband is one of them. I love my husband so much, he is all that I wanted to be with for the rest of my life. I couldn't imagine how my life would be without him. Since he came into my life, my life started to change for more better. Being with the right person really make a lot of difference in life! I remember when I prayed to God so hard -- asking for the man that he prepares for me, I felt so empty at those time. But when I met my husband for the first time, the feeling just came out unexpectedly wonderful. Yes, God answered my prayers and I am so happy and thankful for that. I always praise Him because He is my God. May He continue to bless us more everyday...

Photos below are the thai foods, they're so yummy...

Salad is Good for You

This is what I eat for lunch today, salad that I prepared and the thai sauce we bought from Bangkok 101 restaurant. I usually use 2 tablespoon of the sauce for my salad. It is very spicy but I can deal with it. I already have prepared all the veggies needed and put it in the refregerator so it's all ready to eat when we feel like eating salad. Easy, fast, healthy and yummy!

Thai Salad

My parents-in-laws treated me at this Bangkok 101 thai restaurant on my 29th birthday because they know that thai is my favorite food. When I tried the salad, I really loved it though it's too spicy. My husband also love it so much that he was sweating out of his sh*t, hahaha! One serving is $18. I think it is expensive but it is so damn good. I know it is because of the sauce that they used.
One day, my husband went back to the restaurant alone and tried to ask if he can only buy the sauce and yes he can. My husband surprised me this when he came home with the salad for me and a sauce and I was happy, yeeey! They charged $8 for the sauce. Not too bad, (we're able to used the sauce for 2 weeks) now we can save money by doing this. We can make our own salad using the thai sauce and it's always been very good. We just bought another one (2nd sauce) today!!!
